“Our water well went out after our home was struck by lightening a year ago. With all the repairs needed on our home, we waited to contact Action Electric Motor and Pump Repair until today to repair it. Todd was great and actually, had time to come out this morning to repair it. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in what was needed. I couldn’t believe that he had everything he might need on the truck with him and pulled the pump, replaced it where it should have been to start with as well as replaced all other parts that were needed without having to make a return trip. This saved us several hundreds of dollars in the service call alone. He fully explained everything he did as well as the pump’s 5 year warranty by the manufacturer and year on his labor. I can’t thank him enough for helping us out so quickly. Hard to find honest, professional service any more but this is the one we will use for any future water well needs!”
