"Our water well went out after our home was struck by lightening a year ago. With all the repairs needed on our home, we waited to contact Action Electric Motor and Pump Repair until today to repair it. Todd was great and actually, had time to come out this morning to repair it. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in what was needed. I couldn't believe that he had everything he might need on the truck with him and pulled the pump, replaced it where it should have been to start with as well as replaced all other parts that were needed without having to make a return trip. This saved us several hundreds of dollars in the service call alone. He fully explained everything he did as well as the pump's 5 year warranty by the manufacturer and year on his labor. I can't thank him enough for helping us out so quickly. Hard to find honest, professional service any more but this is the one we will use for any future water well needs!"

"Our well pump went out 2 days before Christmas 2017 we called on Saturday and Action was here Sunday morning 6:45am and we had our water back on by noon. The very best service. Thank you for coming out so fast. We called 5 other company’s and no one could help us but Action. Merry Christmas."

"We called for service when our well pump went out on Saturday And Sunday Christmas Eve morning at 6:45 am Action was here and by noon we had water. Thanks so much for responding so quickly. We called 4 other companies and no one could come out before Christmas but you did. You put in a new pump with new pipe and wire and we had water by noon at a reasonable price. Thanks so much."

"I am new to the area (and wells) and thought I had a pump problem. I called for assistance and Todd called me back almost immediately. He was here, the same day, when promised. Upon arrival, he was thorough and efficient in diagnosing the issue and correcting it. What I had thought was a pump problem was a bad pipe. They are ethical, honest, and very quick to respond. Further, they did not attempt to oversell me and could have quite easily--due to my lack of knowledge. This level of service is not often found. I highly recommend them."
