"I have property in Wewahitchka but live in Alaska. My renter called on a Sunday with no water and no clue why. I found Action Electric Motor and Pump Repair on the internet. I emailed with my situation and Todd responded quickly and at my request said he could look at everything on Monday morning. First thing in the morning Todd was out at the property, pulled the bad pump, and had the cost for me in no time. After getting the low-down on the issue/problem, recommended fix, and cost I approved the repair. Todd was quick with the repair/fix and was able to take the pay,ent over the phone. Very professional and understanding with me and my renter. Great, quick, friendly, professional service!"

"Called Todd about installing a new filter and softening system on a well. He had already left a great impression on us from the last time we’d called when our pump had broken. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional and we are very pleased with our new system! He even dropped by the day following instal to checkin and make sure we were happy. He conducts his business with an old school, personal touch and we highly recommend!"
